VILLAS OF TIMBERLIN PARC TOWING POLICY

"The Association, through its officers, committees, and agents, is hereby empowered to establish parking regulations in all of the Common Property and may make provision for the involuntary removal of any violating vehicle."

"Parking in or on the Common Property or any Unit shall be restricted to the parking areas therein designated for such purpose. No person shall park, store or keep on any portion of the Common Property or on any Unit any large commercial type vehicle (for example: dump truck, motor home, trailer, cement mixer truck, oil or gas truck, delivery truck), nor may any person keep any other vehicle on the Common Property or any Unit which is deemed to be a nuisance by the Board, unless authorized by the Board or assigned parking area. No trailer, camper, motor home, or recreation vehicle shall be used as a residence, either temporarily or permanently, or parked on the Common Property or any Unit. All vehicles will be subject to height, width, and length restrictions and other rules and regulations now or hereafter adopted."

The Villas of Timberlin Parc Condominium Association has adopted the following towing policy:

Unauthorized vehicles will be issued two warnings and will be towed away at the owner's expense upon the third violation. This includes any vehicles that do not belong to a resident and are parked overnight without permission.

Unauthorized vehicles shall include:

A. Vehicles that impede ingress to or egress from other parking spaces, drives, parking garages, roads, building entryways.

B. Boats, jet skis, water-cycles, trailers, campers, trucks, or other recreational, commercial or oversized vehicles.

C. Vehicles parked in the roadway.

D. Vehicles that do not belong to a resident or their guests.

E. Vehicles that are not currently, legally tagged, licensed, and registered.

F. Vehicles that have been wrecked and not repaired, wrecked and stored, or are in disrepair, are being repaired, or are causing damage to the parking surface.

G. Vehicles that are parked in someone else's legally assigned parking space.

H. Illegally parking in no parking, handicap, roadways, exits, entryways, or fire lane areas.

I. Vehicles that are parking in violation of the Villas of Timberlin Parc Covenants and Restrictions as stated in the Declarations or Rules.

 

The Board of Directors reserves the right to establish parking regulations in all of the Common Property and to receive written requests from owners in regard to such for review.
